"Product was exactly as described"
Everything matched the specs listed, so there were no surprises when it arrived. That’s what I expect, and as long as they keep being this accurate, I’ll stick around, if not, I’d probably take my business elsewhere

"Order was right, no real issues"
I ordered a couple things from gessato.com and it all showed up just how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and product details were right, so no suprises there.

Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasnt a huge deal. I mostly just wanted the order to be correct, and it was.

I’d give it 4 stars overall because the whole thing went smooth. Just wish the updates came a bit faster, but other than that I had no complaints.

"Came packed really nicely"
My order showed up in great shape, with no dents or broken pieces. The packaging was better than I expected, and it kind of seems like someone actually took their time with it. Maybe they’ve had issues with shipping damage before and stepped it up, but either way, I’m happy with how everything arrived.

"Am I the only one who finds it a bit too cold?"
Am I the only one who thinks some of the pieces look really nice, but the overall vibe feels a little too minimal and cold? The photos are definitely pretty, and I can see why people like the style, but for my home it just doesn’t feel warm or cozy enough. Nice to look at, just not really my taste.

"Tons of cool stuff to choose from"
I was impressed with the selection and ended up finding exactly what I needed. The only small thing was that it took me a minute to track it down, which felt preventable with clearer signs, but overall it was a really good experience.

"Nice site, good overall experience"
Not gonna lie, I had a good experience browsing gessato.com. The site was simple enough to get around, and they have a lot of really nice design-focused pieces that feel more interesting than the usual stuff you see everywhere.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because some items seemed a little on the pricey side, and I wish the shipping details were easier to find or a bit clearer. Overall though, I’m happy with the experience and would definitely check the site again.

"Honestly a good deal"
The price felt fair, and the quality was actually better than I expected, which is always a nice surprise. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it ended up being really solid for the money. Happy with it overall.

"Really nice item, shipping was just a little slow"
I ordered from Gessato and overall had a good experience. The item was “really nice” and looked just like the photos, which I appreciated. The packaging was solid too. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d “probably buy again” if I found something I liked.

"Not gonna lie, I was disappointed..."
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with the support. I emailed twice and didn’t hear back until later, and when they finally replied, the answer didn’t really give me much to work with. It felt like they hadn’t really read my question properly.

"I wasn’t totally sure how long shipping..."
I wasn’t totally sure how long shipping from gessato.com would take, but it ended up being quick. I got the tracking info sooner than I thought, and the package actually showed up earlier than expected. There weren’t any delivery issues, which was a relief. I’d probably order again, especially since the whole process was so smooth
